Looking for letter of consent for medical treatment? There are a few rules while writing a formal letter, which not only makes work easier but also saves a lot time from drafting and redrafting the sentences.
First and foremost thing is to mention – “To whom to address the letter”. Secondly – the “Date” on which the letter has been written followed by the “Subject” of the letter. The subject of the letter is a very important part of the letter. It should provide with an accurate overview of what the letter is all about. Hence it is better to keep the subjects short, simple and up to the point.
Right after the “Subject” would be the “Body” of the letter. It is always convenient to break the letter in three sections – “Introduction”, “Main Part” and “Conclusion”. Personally I have always found this format the easiest means to capture all relevant information in my applications.
Finally sign-off the letter with applicant’s “Name and Address”. Do not ever forget to thank the person to whom the letter has been written and include phrases like ‘Yours Sincerely’ or ‘Yours Faithfully’ prior to applicant’s name at the end.
